Parma Ham, Pear and Blue Cheese Crostini

These are such a lovely idea to have at a gathering with a glass of champagne or prosecco. Effortlessly simple but delicious nonetheless.


I rustic baguette

1 ripe conference pear – cut into thin slices

1/2 pack of blue cheese. I used St Agur

6 slices parma ham


Slice your baguette into diagonal slices about 2cm thick.

Drizzle over a little extra virgin olive oil and toast under a hot grill for a couple of minutes.

Remove from oven and add half a slice of parma ham, a slice of pear and a slice of blue cheese.
