We love going to the White Horse so I’d like to give it a mention for any of my local friends. If you’re local I’m sure you have visited but they have a great menu with some delicious new items on it. We recently visited with friends and had such a lovely time.

I had the Asian style crispy duck salad and it was divine. A bed of cucumber and mooli ribbons, shredded carrot and cabbage, sesame watercress and spring onion with crispy duck in a plum and hoisin sauce.

The cocktails are fab here. I usually always order a pornstar martini but for a change I had a Belsazar Rosé Spritz. A rosé vermouth pared with prosecco, soda and pink grapefruit. Delightful.

If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a visit.
