Starting the day off right with this fabulous mango and oat smoothie. Nope we’re not adding gin to this one but be my guest!
Ice cold and delicious it’s great after a work out and bursting with vitamins. It will set you up for the day.
Makes 2 mason jars full or 4 smaller glasses
Ingredients
300g frozen mango cubes
1/2 cup oats
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup natural yoghurt – I use 0% fat free Greek yoghurt
2 cups semi skimmed milk
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Simply pop it all in the blender and blitz away until a lovely smooth, slushy consistency. Serve with a straw.
