I thought my Tequila drinking days were over. The memories still fresh from one too many Tequila slammers in Mexico, when it all seemed such a good idea until the next day! Then I discovered the classic Tequila Sunrise. An impressive little cocktail reminiscent of the flavour of fizz bomb sweets with a twist and super easy to make.

Ingredients

1 measure of Tequila

Fresh orange juice to top up

10ml grenadine

Method

Pour your measure of Tequila into your glass. Top up the glass 3/4 of the way with fresh orange juice. Now slowly pour in your grenadine.
