If we can’t go to the bar, then we’ll bring the bar to us. We’ve been loving making these gorgeous cocktails during lockdown. Be warned they are strong and go down far too easily!
Ingredients
1 passion fruit – puréed
60ml vanilla vodka
30ml Passoa
Passion fruit juice to top up
Shot of champagne
1/2 a passion fruit to serve
Method
Purée your passion fruit with a hand blender.
Pass the juice through a sieve and pour into your cocktail glass.
Add your vanilla vodka
Add your Passoa
Top up with passion fruit juice and stir.
Serve with a shot of champagne. I like to pour mine in!
