Is it just me or does anyone else like to have just one Bloody Mary on the plane? For me, after a glass of champagne at the airport, whatever time my flight is that is the start to my holiday. Drinking hours don’t count at the airport anyway! Counting down until that time comes again!

Ingredients

Tomato juice – to top up to 3/4 of the glass

Measure of vodka ( or 2!!)

Squeeze of lime juice

Dash of Worcester Sauce

Shake of salt and cracked black pepper

Ice

Stalk of celery

Method

Literally put it all in the glass, stir it up and pop in your celery stalk. Don’t make it too tall or it will taste too weak.
