We love a cocktail in our house. This one is a beauty. My gorgeous girls bought me these lovely elegant champagne saucers so I had to make a glam cocktail to celebrate. Any excuse! Cheers!
Ingredients
30ml Passoa
6 raspberries
Cup of ice
60ml pink champagne or prosecco rose
Single raspberry and mint leaf to garnish
Method
Pour your ice, Passoa and raspberries into the blender and whizz to a slushy consistency.
Pour through your pink champagne or prosecco rosé.
Pop on your garnish.
Tip: Sip with glee along side chocolate covered strawberries.
