Have you ever been to Cyprus? It’s such a beautiful country. The food and drink is wonderful and so are the people. I went to lots of wonderful places on my stay but this was one of my favourites.

I was strolling along the beach front and I came across this beautiful hotel and had to go in. The decor was boutique style and had a laid back elegance about it that was so inviting.

It was so tranquil sitting here watching the world go by sipping a rosé.

Everything I ordered was delicious. The rosé was ice cold and beautiful. The avocado and asparagus salad divine and as for the houmous and olives, why are they just so much better abroad?

If you are in Paphos I would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel for a beach time lunch.
